Refund policy

Failed generation

If generation fails after payment, the charge is refunded to the original payment method. The order page shows a refunded status when Stripe accepts the refund.

Delivered video

A video that is delivered is not refunded because the likeness, timing, or cut differs from the photos or the storyboard. Those differences are part of how the model works.

Retention is not a refund window

The 14-day download period is how long we keep the file. It is not a trial. Download a copy while the file is available.

If the refund does not appear

Email support@face-swap-video.com with the order number. Do not buy the same video again while the first order is still open.
